20th Lindsay Lohan’s Birthday Huge Party
Lindsay Lohan is out of her teens with her pretty uneventful twentieth birthday party by the beach in Malibu. A host of celebrities including Lohan’s close friend Nicole Richie, Courtney Love, Owen WIlson and Kate Bosworth joined the Just My Luck star at the Polaroid Beach House. Some of Lohan’s celebrity friends also joined the kids for the impromptu beach party, including former Friends star Matthew Perry, American Pie actress Shannon Elizabeth and Woody Harrelson. Guests enjoyed karaoke, DJing from Jake Hoffman and food from Kerry Simon…sounds like quite a birthday bash.
The celebrity Life & Style Weekly magazine reportedly picked up the $100,000 party bill just so they could have exclusive snaps of the bash. Security shooed away several dozen paparazzi hiding under the house, on the beach or bobbing in boats in the ocean, in order to protect Life & Style’s scoop. The snappers missed out on Lohan warbling songs by Madonna and Journey on a karaoke machine and alternating with Dustin Hoffman’s son Jake and Samantha Ronson in the deejay booth.
The event was catered by hip celebrity chef Kerry Simon, after Lohan visited his newly-opened restaurant Simon LA. The no-longer-teen actress took a turn in the DJ booth alongside Dustin Hoffman’s son Jake, and later showed off her vocal skills by singing Madonna songs on a karaoke machine.
Lohan recently tried to throw the press off the scent regarding the location of her party. She told Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “I’m going to go away, out of the country and do something fun and different. They won’t find me.”
“No one can get a picture of you on Turks and Caicos. I go there with my family, and it’s the perfect place to go with a guy,” she said.
The Just My Luck actress spent some time chilling on the sand with her pals. But like any good Hollywood star, Lindsay didn’t stick to just one bikini all day reports The Sun UK. To start with she slinked up in a leopard print two-piece.
As the sun beat down on the beach on the outskirts of LA, the birthday girl soon decided a change was in order and donned a skimpy sailor-style bikini.
