18-year-old Aaron Carter has broken off his six-day engagement to his older brother Nick’s ex-girlfriend, 22-year-old former Playboy Playmate Kari Ann Peniche just a week after he proposed onstage in Las Vegas, Harris said Monday.
“I got caught up in the moment and proposed,” the younger Carter told Us Weekly in a report on its Web site. Both brothers will appear in the reality series “House of Carters,” which debuts Oct. 2 on the E! network. E! News anchor Ryan Seacrest also reported Aaron’s comments about his engagement to Kari Ann Peniche being a “mistake.”

Isabella claims Hilton was stopped because she was “driving erratically” in her Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. She was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and released on her own recognizance, he said. Her spokesman, Elliot Mintz, said police detected the minimum blood-alcohol level to warrant an arrest. The legal limit in California is 0.08 percent.
