Country singer and “Dancing With the Stars” contestant Sara Evans is alleging in divorce papers filed Thursday that her husband, Craig Schelske, cheated on her, drank excessively, was verbally and emotionally abusive, and often watched pornography in their house. The 35-year-old singer quit the ABC talent show yesterday, citing “personal reasons.”
In court papers Sara alleges verbal abuse, harassment, excessive consumption of alcohol and adultery. The filing also seeks custody of their children. Sara claims her husband has been storing personal ads looking for sex from the online site Craigslist on his personal computer. They also state that he “maintains many pornographic photographs” of himself, along with photographs showing him having sex with other women. Read more!

James Blunt gave Weird Al Jankovic his permission to send up his hit song You’re Beautiful before record bosses stepped in and put a stop to the parody. Yankovic said, “It was originally supposed to be the lead single on (his new album) Straight Outta Lynwood.”
But bosses at Atlantic Records, Blunt’s label, have refused to let it be included on Yankovic’s forthcoming new album.

Weird Al Yankovic says he actually got permission from Blunt to sing the parody You’re Pitiful, but the suits at Blunt’s label wouldn’t hear of it. “James had given it his blessing and we had a release date set, and then his label found out about it and told me that I couldn’t release the parody on my album under any circumstances,” Yankovic added. She was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and released on her own recognizance, he said. Her spokesman, Elliot Mintz, said police detected the minimum blood-alcohol level to warrant an arrest. The legal limit in California is 0.08 percent.
