The bra-less AMERICAN PIE star inadvertently went topless in front of the paparazzi on the red carpet at rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ combs’ 35th birthday party in 2004 – when the strap of her black dress fell down.

And now she’s been caught letting it all hang out again after she was snapped falling out of her skimpy bikini while splashing around with a friend’s kid in the pool at Miami’s Delano hotel. Hotel personnel at the The Delano hotel on Miami Beach reveal her fake breasts made another escape, while splashing in the pool of the hotel. One witnesses said, she was not aware one of her boobs fell out of her skimpy bikini. A hotel guest explains, “She had no idea that her top had fallen off.” Read more!
