The School of Rock star and his wife, musician Tanya Haden, welcomed a baby boy Saturday in Los Angeles, Black told E! News. This is the couple’s first child together. Black said that his wife and son are healthy and back at home. The couple got engaged in January 2006 and eloped in March 2006.

During Monday night’s Hollywood premiere for Black’s new movie, “Nacho Libre,” at the Mann Grauman Chinese theater, he broke the news to Access.
“Secretly, between you and me, its already happened. I’ve got the babe back at home safe and sound and I’m actually very anxious to get back to my lovins (loved ones),” the actor beamed. Read more!

HOLLYWOOD actor Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso, have welcomed a baby daughter, Isabella, to the world. “The baby is here. Isabella arrived yesterday,” Damon’s brother Kyle told People magazine reported on its online editions today.
According to Damon’s publicist, Jennifer Allen, “Mother and baby - everyone - is wonderful, fine.” The baby was born Sunday in a Miami hospital. No other details were released.
The baby is the first for Damon. His wife, 30, has a daughter, Alexia, 7, from a previous marriage. Read more!

George Lucas is hoping that he can tempt actor Sean Connery into reprising his role of Henry Jones in the next Indiana Jones adventure. Sean Connery has recently announced his retirement from acting, so this confrontation might prove interesting. Apparently Lucas is writing Sean Connery into the script “whether he wants to do it or not”.
“I would love him to be in the next Indiana Jones…maybe I can push him into it,” he told Access Hollywood. “We are writing him in whether he wants to do it or not.” George Lucas has told Access Hollywood’s Maria Menounos he is pushing to get Sean Connery to appear in Indiana Jones 4. Lucas is producing the fourth movie in the franchise as Harrison Ford returns as the whip-cracking archaeologist, and the story apparently involves Indy’s father, Henry Jones. The former Bond actor received a standing ovation from the star-studded audience, which included ‘Star Wars’ creator George Lucas, as well as legendary filmmaker Steven Spielberg and veteran actor Harrison Ford. Actor Brendan Fraser and his wife Afton Smith became parents for a third time on Tuesday, the recent report said the baby, whose gender was not revealed, was delivered at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

A spokesman for Fraser, 37, a star of best-picture Oscar winner “Crash,” as well as the “Mummy” movies, declined immediate comment. Read more!
