Nicole Kidman And Keith Urban Confirm The Wedding
Hollywood star Nicole Kidman has confirmed she is back in Australia to marry country singer Keith Urban at a ceremony this weekend. Kidman, 39, will wed Urban, 38, at a Catholic church in a northern Sydney suburb close to where she went to high school - a far cry from the Scientology ceremony she and Cruise had in 1990.
She spent most of yesterday a virtual prisoner in her multimillion-dollar Darling Point mansion before making a break for it, by limousine, for her little sister’s place, reports our man in the bushes, Andrew Hornery.
Security is tight around Kidman’s Sydney home, and no one is talking about when or where the nuptials will be. But local media, as well as the Web site catholic.org, have surmised that Kidman and Urban, both 38, will marry on Sunday. Kidman has gone to a huge amount of effort to ensure a proper Catholic ceremony for her second marriage.
Members of her congregation have also been holding a novena, a nine day ritual of daily prayer, in honour of the actress’s return to the Catholic fold. Read more!
