Britney Spears is so much in love with her baby son Sean Preston, that she has now written him a lullaby for her baby son. The singer, who is currently pregnant with her second child with husband Kevin Federline, has penned the loving ode to the tot and reportedly sings it to him before he goes to sleep at night. Britney is so pleased with her composition that she is hoping to put the song on her long-awaited new album.
A source revealed that Britney, who will soon be becoming a mom-of-two when she gives birth to her second child with hubby Kevin Federline later this year, came up with an idea of a lullaby because she wanted her kid to know how much she loved him. Read more!

Finally, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey are single again, as reported by People.com over the weekend and confirmed by Simpson’s rep, Rob Shuter. According to papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the divorce is dated June 30, 2006, and it’s Jessica Simpson now, not Jessica Simpson Lachey.
The couple tied the knot in 2002 and the early years of their marriage were documented on the hit TV show. Lachey, 32, and Simpson, 25, starred in the MTV reality show,”Newlyweds: Nick&Jessica.”The singer-actress filed for divorce in December after three years of marriage.

Actress Katie Cassidy has beat out singer Jessica Simpson for the role of Lucy Ewing in the movie based on the `80s TV series, “Dallas.” The “Click” actress was handed the part of Lucy Ewing because film bosses were concerned the other two candidates would act like divas on set and upset the rest of the cast, which includes Jennifer Lopez and John Travolta.
Jessica Simpson wasn’t the only other actress in contention for the role, “Veronica Mars” star Kristin Cavallari was also one of the front runners.

A source told America’s Us Weekly magazine: “Producers wanted to steer clear of the drama and also thought Katie was simply better for the role.”
